ALCOVA

by RONAN & ERWAN BOUROULLEC

Inspired by Giorgio Morandi’s still lifes, Alcova transforms muted tones of grey, amber, crystal, and green into a series of cast glass forms arranged like intimate landscapes. Each geometric volume is shaped using open-mould casting, with molten glass poured and finished by hand. The process preserves subtle surface variations that express the weight and texture of the material. Alcova explores the quiet tension between raw technique and refined composition, where colour, light and form come together with purpose.
