Taliso is characterised by overlapping and interlocking glass sheets, cylinders, and planes, fundamental geometric forms that define both its structure and aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from architectural principles, each element is meticulously balanced and composed to accommodate the organic flow of textured fused glass. The result is a composition that feels at once primitive and raw, yet contemporary, delicate, and technically intricate.

ELENA SALMISTRARO
Italian product designer and artist, Elena Salmistraro lives and works in Milan. Together with architect Angelo Stoli, she founded her studio in 2009. Her work draws inspiration from illustrations, street art, fashion and masks, animals and nature, but also from traditions, mythology and different cultures across the world. She has won numerous national and international awards such as the Good Design Awards, Frame Awards, Salone Del Mobile Milano Award, Archiproducts Awards to name a few. Her language is characterised by the use of tridimensional texture and vivid colours full of energy.
