Set within the neoclassical grandeur of Palazzo Taverna Radice Fossati on Via Monte Napoleone, the Bvlgari Milan flagship store is a landmark expression of the Maison’s new retail concept, developed by Bulgari’s in-house design team.  Within this prestigious setting, WonderGlass collaborated with architect Giuliano Andrea Dell’Uva to help shape a private space where heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary design come together in a refined and immersive retail experience.

The collaboration reaches its fullest expression on the second floor, in the VIC Room — an intimate private space conceived to offer clients an exclusive and memorable encounter with the Maison. Here, WonderGlass plays a central role in defining the atmosphere o, bringing its material expertise and artisanal approach to the forefront.

Designed by Giuliano Andrea Dell’Uva and realised by the master artisans of WonderGlass, the room’s defining feature is a bespoke cast glass boiserie that transforms the interior into a luminous architectural environment. More than a decorative surface, the boiserie interacts with the surrounding space through a subtle play of transparency, texture, and refraction. As light shifts throughout the day, the cast glass reveals changing depths and reflections, animating the room with a quiet sense of movement and sophistication.

Rather than functioning as a decorative backdrop, the boiserie becomes an integral architectural presence, shaping the atmosphere and reinforcing the identity of the space with sophistication and character.

WonderGlass was chosen by the Maison for its distinctive ability to interpret glass not simply as an ornamental material, but as a sculptural and architectural language — an approach that resonates perfectly with Bvlgari’s creative vision and refined aesthetic vocabulary.
